Six years. That’s how long The SOS Agency has been growing, learning, and serving — and we couldn’t have done it without you. This milestone is truly a celebration of teamwork for everyone involved.

What started as a small, hush-hush interpreting agency in Atlanta has grown into a reputable company known by schools, hospitals, nonprofit organizations and state agencies all across Georgia. We’ve gone from a two-person internal team to a team of 11 working behind the scenes — all with one mission: to make sure interpreters and CART providers are supported, valued, and set up for success.

This year, our anniversary celebration was kept simple yet meaningful. Our internal staff gathered virtually for a fun day of SOS trivia and laughter filled the air as we revealed the first logo design for the agency. Each team member enjoyed a Door Dashed lunch delivered to their home, and for a few hours, we pressed pause on operations (as much as we could) to simply reflect and connect.

Even though this event was for the office team, please know that every laugh, every trivia question, and every story shared was a celebration of you too. Because without the interpreters and CART writers representing SOS in the field every day, there would be no agency to celebrate.

As we close out 2025 and prepare for 2026, we’re excited to continue investing in you — through enhanced mentoring opportunities, ongoing professional development, and even more behind-the-scenes support.

Our goal has always been to make The SOS Agency more than just a place to find assignments — we want it to be a community where interpreters and CART providers grow, learn, and feel valued.
