The SOS Agency has been undergoing a rebrand that better reflects who we are today and where we’re headed in the future.

Behind the Scenes Improvements

At the end of this month, we will begin rolling out a new scheduling platform designed to strengthen our operations and improve the experience for our providers and internal team.

This investment allows us to continue growing while maintaining the level of service our clients have come to expect.

The new platform will help us:

  • Coordinate assignments more efficiently
  • Improve communication with providers
  • Enhance scheduling visibility
  • Streamline administrative processes
  • Scale without sacrificing quality

What Does This Mean for Clients?

You will continue to submit requests the same way.

You will continue working with the same SOS team.

You will continue receiving thoughtful interpreter matching, responsive communication, and personalized support.

Most of the changes are happening behind the scenes to make our processes stronger, faster, and more efficient.

In fact, if we’ve done our job well, the only thing you’ll notice is an even smoother experience.
