New Software Launching This Month

At the end of July, we will officially begin rolling out our new scheduling platform for interpreters and CART providers.

We’ve spent months researching, testing, and preparing for this transition with one goal in mind:

Accept assignments by text.

That’s right. You’ll be able to accept assignments directly from a text message!

In-app team communication.

Communicate with the scheduling team and your interpreting team through the app without sharing personal phone numbers unless you choose to.

More transparency in assignment outreach.

You’ll be able to tell whether an assignment was offered directly to you- allowing time for a response or released broadly due to urgency.

Cleaner payment and remittance tracking.

View itemized payment information in a more organized, user-friendly format.
