Every day, SOS providers walk or remotely log into hospitals, schools, universities, government buildings, businesses, conferences, and community spaces and make communication access possible.
You’ve accepted last-minute assignments.
You’ve covered early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and complicated schedules.
You’ve represented The SOS Agency professionally.
You’ve provided feedback that has helped us improve.
And you’ve trusted us enough to continue growing alongside us.
The SOS Agency could not do what we do without the professionals who make access happen every single day.
Accessibility on the Screen, Too
One of the things we’re most excited about is that this wasn’t simply an opportunity to talk about accessibility.
We had the opportunity to practice it.
The SOS Agency provided an ASL interpreter for the entire show, and captions were included as well.
Seeing communication access incorporated into a mainstream television program is something worth celebrating.
The SOS Way Keeps Growing
As our company grows, we want our impact to grow with it.
That means continuing to improve how we serve our customers, how we support our providers, and how we advocate for meaningful communication access.
There is still plenty of work ahead of us—and plenty that we are continuing to improve.
But today, we’re taking a moment to celebrate.
